If you or someone you know is in 5th grade-high school age bracket and like to write, please enter Waldport Public Library’s annual Young Writers’ Competition “Reading Colors Your World” 2021. The Friends of the Waldport Public Library are once again sponsoring this program making it possible to give cash prizes to the top writers, and something for everyone participating.

Waldport Public Library is pleased to have incorporated Etasha Golden’s, a Waldport High School graduate, recent and beautiful artwork into this year’s poster.  Estasha has earned a her dual major degree in Marine Biology and Art and is the daughter of Cristal Arden and Ed Golden.  During high school, she also volunteered for the Waldport Public Library.
