Understanding Our School-Wide Expectations
This new digital resource works hand-in-hand with our established classroom communication system: the Green Take-Home Folders.
We believe in consistent communication between school and home. All students are sent home with their official Green Take-Home Folders at least once per week. These folders are the primary way teachers communicate school-wide events, field trips, sign-up sheets, and classroom-specific announcements.
Action Item: Please check your child's Green Take-Home Folder on the day designated by their teacher. This is critical for returning signed forms, letters about upcoming units of study, and staying up-to-date on classroom & school communication.
Schedule Details: Every teacher has a specific day and schedule for utilizing these folders. If you are unsure when your child’s folder comes home, please reach out to your child's teacher for their specific Take-Home Folder schedule and expectations.
